For referral partners

We work alongside counsel, CPAs, and wealth managers. We never replace them.

When a client asks whether tokenization makes sense, most advisors have no good place to send them. We are that place, and we are structured so that referring to us does not put your relationship at risk.

What we commit to

Your client stays your client.

  • We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and we do not compete for that work.
  • Your client's existing counsel and accountants remain in place. Where we need specialist counsel, we say so and you are in the conversation.
  • We pay no referral fees and we accept none. Our recommendation cannot be bought.
  • We report back to you, with the client's consent, so you are never surprised by our conclusion.
  • If the answer is that the client should not tokenize, you get that in writing and keep the credit for asking.

Who refers to us

Advisors whose clients have started asking.

  • Securities and real estate attorneys fielding tokenization questions outside their mandate
  • CPAs and fund administrators seeing structures they cannot evaluate
  • Wealth managers and family offices asked to underwrite a tokenized tranche
  • Placement professionals who need the structuring done before they can sell it
  • Technology and platform firms who need the owner-side architecture handled

The simplest way to start

Send your client the readiness assessment, or introduce us and sit in on the debrief. There is no cost to either step, and no obligation to proceed.
